Most athletes train without a system.

They work hard. They watch highlights. They follow random workouts. But there's no structure connecting their gym work to their mental prep to their recovery to their game. They plateau — and don't know why.

We built a Performance Operating System.
The same structure we use to compete at the highest collegiate level — organized into five pillars, adapted by position, and designed for athletes who are serious about getting to the next level.

For Parents

You don't need a soccer background.

Our dad wasn't a soccer player. We were the first in our family to ever play. He had to figure out training, recovery, and development from scratch — YouTube, asking coaches, trial and error. Most parents we meet are in the same spot: they'll spend the money, they'll drive to practice, but they don't have the athletic knowledge to guide what happens outside of team training.

This system is what we wish he had. A clear weekly structure your athlete follows day by day. Simple standards you can both see. Progress you can track together. No guessing. No random workouts. Just a plan.

Built from setbacks,

We're Kai and Miko Oppenheim. Division I soccer players at UC Berkeley. We got here by engineering our development — not by being the most talented in the room.

Two broken feet. A gap year. Rebuilding our recruiting from zero. Captaining the #1 nationally ranked youth team. Transferring to Cal to chase a higher standard.

Before you ask.

Is this only for attackers?
No. The system is built for every field position — strikers, wingers, midfielders, center backs, fullbacks, and goalkeepers. Programming adapts based on your position's physical and technical demands.
My kid is only 10. Is this too advanced?
The system adapts by age. Younger athletes get age-appropriate movement foundations, mental habits, and structured routines — not D1 intensity. It grows with them.
We're not at an elite level yet. Is this still for us?
If your athlete is competitive and wants to improve with real structure, this is for them. The system covers youth club through college — you don't need to be elite to start training like it.
